They don’t grind.
Yes, if you want to be successful on YouTube and literally on anything, you need to grind, you need to hustle, you need to work your ass off. It’s easy to judge or to comment on other people’s lives, but it’s hard to do what others do.
Most YouTubers worked day in and day out before they got their first 1000 subscribers. There are YouTubers who had 100 videos and 91 subscribers. It’s not easy at all, especially at the beginning. But when the snowball effect starts coming in… Get your first 100,000 subscribers, get a YouTube Silver Play Button reward and then… every month you’ll be seeing at least 10,000 new subscribers, partnerships, contracts, business offers, etc.
Every new video that you’ll put out will be seen by at least 50,000 people within 3 months. As a matter of fact, this is not just on YouTube, it’s in every business - at the beginning it’s painful - nobody knows you, nobody likes you, nobody trusts you. You simply have to find a way to stand out of the crowd, to make yourself heard or seen. Lots of YouTubers fail because:
They’re lazy
They’re not patient
They’re not motivated
They just “kind of” want to succeed
They’re not consistent
In order to achieve success you have to dedicate to what you’re doing, and if you love what you’re doing, success is almost guaranteed. Keep this in mind - no matter what you do, there will always be a solution to accomplish your dreams.
